Utkarsha is the official literary and cultural festival of SIES ASCS, observed each year across departments and associations. A tradition of over a decade, integral to the college calendar. It features quizzes, seminars, exhibitions, fest‑style departmental events, and inter‑collegiate competitions Organized by multiple departments & student associations. A platform for academic excellence + cultural creativity. Each department adds a unique theme/identity
